KTM India has officially announced the new prices of their bikes under 350cc, and this includes everything from the KTM Duke 160 to the KTM 250 Adventure. All bikes in the brand’s lineup have now become more affordable with GST 2.0, which has reduced taxes from 28 percent to 18 percent on bikes with engine capacity of 350cc and below. We had done a detailed breakdown of prices after GST 2.0 before the new tax rates came into effect, and the new prices are quite similar to what we had calculated 2 weeks ago. The reduction in prices will help KTM massively as most of the brand’s sales in India come from the 200 and 250cc lineup.
The biggest winner here is the KTM 250 Adventure, with the price cut of Rs 20,339. Earlier, the price gap between the KTM 250 Adventure and the KTM 390 Adventure X was Rs 43,419. Those who could afford to stretch the budget were able to go for the 390 Adventure X, which offers a lot more features and performance. However, now under GST 2.0, the price gap has gone up even further to Rs 63,758. This is a huge amount, and now, the KTM 250 Adventure makes a lot more sense for those who want a reasonably powerful quarter-litre ADV at a competitive price point.
That said, KTM has thankfully decided to absorb the price hike due to GST on bikes above 350cc, and this includes the KTM 390 Adventure as well. The KTM 160 Duke’s price reduction is another major advantage for the brand, as it will help many riders who are looking for a relatively affordable entry point into the KTM family. If you’re planning to buy a small-capacity KTM bike, now is the time.

Update the KTM to measure because I wanted a lightweight that could handle both city rights, and we traps it offers good performance, comfortable economics and features for the price without feeling to intimidating. The bike is fun to ride and handle really well especially on twisted road the, suspension is decent but I wish the low and top was very strong in the city traffic or its been a satisfying experience well. Yes, it depends on your age. Its a great option for beginner and touring enthusiast.
