Jawa Opens Four New Dealerships In Delhi-NCR Region

The launch comes just weeks after it opened its very first dealership in Nashik

  • Jawa Motorcycles has added four more dealerships to its tally.
  • The showrooms that opened up in Saket, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad bring the total up to nine dealerships in Delhi itself.
  • The first Jawa showrooms were introduced in Pune, followed by Bangalore, Nashik and Delhi.
  • Online bookings for the Jawa duo ended on 25 December, 2018.
  • Deliveries for the first lot of bikes is expected to commence from March 2019.

For enthusiasts who were eagerly waiting for the iconic brand, Jawa, to commence operations in the state of Delhi, your wish has come true. Mahindra-owned Classic Legends has inaugurated four new dealerships in Saket, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad which complement existing showrooms in Central, West, East, North Delhi and Gurgaon. The move comes weeks after the company opened its first Jawa showroom in the city of Nashik. With this, the manufacturer has a total of 15 dealerships across the country.

To refresh your memory, the first two dealerships were introduced in Pune, followed by three in Bengaluru, one in Nashik and nine in Delhi. The common thread here is the fact that all these cities have a massive Jawa cult following. So it’ isn't surprising that they’ve been the prime target for the brand.

The introduction of these dealerships is part of the manufacturer’s Phase-1 plan under which it aims to establish 105 dealerships across the country. And the response has been such that Classic Legends was forced to pull the plug on its online booking format. According to the company, both the Jawa and Forty Two have been sold out till September 2019. Jawa also claims that it will be ramping up production to meet the huge demand in the country.

Additionally, Jawa also announced the launch of dual-channel ABS-equipped variants of the Jawa and Forty Two priced at Rs 1.72 lakh and Rs 1.63 lakh, respectively. That’s a price hike of Rs 8,942 over the single-channel ABS variant. Jawa dealerships across India are accepting bookings for the duo for a token amount of Rs 5,000. Deliveries for the first lot of bikes is expected to commence from March this year.

The Jawa and Jawa forty two are priced at INR 1,64,000/- and INR 1,55,000/- respectively (ex-showroom, Delhi-NCR) the Dual Channel ABS variants will be priced at Rs. 1,72, 942/- & Rs. 1,63,942/- respectively. Bookings are open at the showrooms.
