All three motorcycles get fuel-injected motors. The Bajaj Pulsar 125 makes the most power and is the sportiest one here. The Glamour sees an almost 1PS drop but still delivers more power than the Shine BS6, which gets an all-new motor. Like before, it is a torquey motor and impresses in terms of refinement. While the Shine and Pulsar 125 come with a 5-speed gearbox, the Glamour BS6 got a 5-speed gearbox as part of its BS6 update. An extra cog will help the bikes tour in a relaxed manner on the highways.

In terms of underpinnings, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 impresses the most. It gets frame and suspension components from the larger Pulsar 150. The Shine BS6 disappoints in this department as it does not offer rear suspension preload adjustability like the other two bikes. As the Pulsar 125 Neon is a sportier motorcycle compared to the Shine and Glamour, it gets smaller 17-inch wheels and wider tyres. All three bikes get an optional front disc brake and a standard rear drum but the Pulsar 125 gets a larger 170mm drum brake.

All three bikes get similar seat height and are accessible to most riders. The Hero Glamour impresses with its tall ground clearance which should make it easier to ride in rural B-roads.

User Reviews
I'm riding this bike for approximately 8 years. The servicing cost is low if you change the engine oil every 3,000 to 3,500 kilometres. The mileage was 60 km/l before ethanol, but after ethanol, the mileage has reduced by approximately 10 km/l. Whether you use the bike for rough or regular riding, there hasn't been a single problem. So, if you want to save on daily fuel and other expenses, buy it now.Read More
