Yezdi To Launch 3 Bikes, Hints New Teaser

The Yezdi Adventure and the Roadking Scrambler will be accompanied by a cruiser as well

Ahead of Yezdi’s resurrection tomorrow, the company has released a new teaser video showing not two but three motorcycles. The eleven-second teaser shows two bikes on a forest trail: the Yezdi Adventure and Yezdi Roadking Scrambler. Shortly after, the video switches to a cruiser-style motorcycle being ridden down a highway.
The cruiser doesn’t seem as hardcore as traditional ones but is more along the lines of the Harley-Davidson Roadster. The handlebars aren’t very tall, and they get bar-end mirrors for added sportiness. Expect the bike to share its powertrain with the Roadking Scrambler, whose heart will be based on the Jawa and the Jawa Forty Two. Yezdi will likely tweak the motor differently to suit the bike’s purpose. For perspective, the 293cc engine in the Jawas makes 27.33PS and 27.12Nm.
The Yezdi cruiser will go directly against the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. Expect it to be priced slightly below the Yezdi Roadking Scrambler, which is expected to cost around Rs 1.7-1.8 lakh. The range-topping Yezdi Adventure will likely be pegged at around Rs 2 lakh (all ex-showroom).
