From budget e-scooters to big size American cruisers, here’s what to expect from July 2025

Just like June, the momentum is set to continue in July as well, at least as far as new bike and scooter launches are concerned. Here’s a detailed list of all the upcoming launches that may happen this month in India:
Suzuki e-Access

The Suzuki e-Access is expected to be launched in early July 2025. This e-scooter was first showcased at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 (Auto Expo 2025),. The e-Access will be powered by a 4.1kW motor along with a 3.07kWh battery pack. It will have a claimed range of 95km along with a top speed of 71kmph (claimed). Once launched, the e-Access will compete with the Honda QC-1.
Vida VX2

The Vida VX2 is essentially a rebranded version of the Vida Z, which was unveiled at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The scooter is expected to be available in three variants: VX2 Go, VX2 Plus and VX2 Pro. It is expected to get 12-inch alloy wheels at both ends with all LED lights and a digital instrument cluster. Along with this, the scooter is expected to be launched at a starting price of Rs 70,000 (ex-showroom). It will likely be positioned one step below the Vida V2 range.
Aprilia SR 175

The upcoming Aprilia SR 175 was recently spotted at a dealership ahead of its launch. The scooter retains the sporty design, but gets a slightly bigger engine, possibly with a bit more power and torque. Along with this, the scooter also gets a TFT display, inspired from the RS 457. The scooter is expected to be launched in the coming days, and is likely to be priced at Rs 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
Bajaj Avenger 220 Street

Bajaj Auto recently took down the Avenger 220 Street from its official website, but at the same time the homologation documents of the bike surfaced online. According to the documents, the bike will use the same air and oil-cooled 220cc motor but with OBD-2B emission compliance. The Bajaj Avenger 220 Street is a street oriented cruiser motorcycle and the 2025 version is expected to be pretty much the same as before minus the emissions. It is expected to be launched some time this month, likely at a price around Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,000 less than that of the 220 Cruise.
KTM 390 Adventure X Plus

Our dealership sources confirmed that an updated version of the KTM 390 Adventure X will be launched this month, likely to be called the 390 Adventure X Plus. It is expected to get cruise control, switchable traction control and ride modes, similar to the standard variant of the 390 Adventure. Other than this, the bike is expected to remain unchanged, and will be launched with a premium of Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000.
Husqvarna Svartpilen 401

The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 is a scrambler style motorcycle from the Swedish manufacturer. The bike was launched back in January 2024, and is yet to be updated for 2025. It is expected to be launched in July, and will likely be available both with tubeless spoke-wheels and alloy wheels. Other than this, the rest of the bike is expected to remain unchanged. The alloy wheel version is expected to cost the same as the non-tubeless spoke wheel version, while the tubeless spoke wheel version is expected to be priced at Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 more.
Triumph Trident 660

Triumph India recently teased the upcoming Trident 660 through its social media channels. The bike gets updated electronics like cornering ABS, cornering traction control, and a new Sport riding mode. It could cost the same as the 2024 model, at around Rs 8.12 lakh (ex-showroom).
Honourable Mentions

Harley Davidson India recently revealed the updated pricing for its motorcycle range in India. Along with that, the brand also announced that they will be launching the CVO (Custom Vehicle Operations) Street Glide, CVO Road Glide in India. Along with this, Harley Davidson has discontinued the Fat Bob and the upcoming Street Bob will be taking its place. While the exact launch timeline was not revealed, we can expect these three bikes to launch later this month. E-Access - Accessibility over High Performance.wanted an electric alternative. had an activa generation 2 before this. rented this from a friend in another state and have been riding it ever since. And since suzuki has their own platform for e-service, i was interested to ride it and check it out overall. about alright. suspension is on the stiffer side but overall smooth! the seat comfort and height is very friendly, as compared to other scooters in the market, anyone in the 5ft in range can easily ride this without any fear. I would recommend this bike only if you ride short distances. This is the kind of EV that offers average range as compared to the bigger brands that have been around for a decent bit, not to name any names. Overall, a 3.8 rating from my end is a good standard rating.Read More
