The prices of the Bajaj Avenger Street 160 and the Avenger Cruise 220 have been hiked again, just after their previous price revision in July. Here’s a table containing their latest prices (ex-showroom Delhi):
The more affordable option, the Bajaj Avenger Street 160 BS6, has received the highest price hike, making it inch towards the Rs 1 lakh mark. That said, it is still a lot more affordable than its only rival, the Suzuki Intruder 150 BS6. The Intruder costs Rs 1,22,141 and features a smaller, less powerful and less torquey motor.
On the other hand, the price hike for the Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220 is pretty nominal. It is the second most affordable true-blue cruiser in India after the Avenger Street 160. Even after the price hike, the Avenger Cruise 220 undercuts the Intruder by around Rs 1,000. So all in all, the Bajaj Avenger twins still retain their value-for-money factor despite the price hikes.
