Leaked documents about the upcoming 2019 Dominar 400 have surfaced online. From the leaked images we get more details about the new list of features and technical differences between the upcoming bike and the current Dominar 400.

While we know that the upcoming bike gets a refreshed instrument console and a new LCD panel on the fuel tank, the documents show that the main console will have a message readout for warnings and fuel consumption data, average speed, average time and range.

2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 Details Leaked

Then you have the more powerful motor. The documents reveal that the 2019 bike will require 1950ml of engine oil for its 373.3cc liquid cooled single cylinder motor instead of 1800ml of engine oil used on the current Dominar 400. You also get more power. It makes 39.9PS at a higher 8650rpm instead of the current Dominar 400’s 35PS at 8000rpm.  While the peak torque of 35Nm remains the same, the 2019 Dominar 400 make it at 500rpm higher.

The upcoming Dominar 400 according to the leaked document, is now 20mm wider and weighs 2.5kg more. While the cause of the increase in width is unclear, the weight gain could possibly be due to the addition of new components like the upside down forks, redesigned wheels and a new exhaust end can.
