Top 5 Bikes Launched In 2025 To Buy This Diwali
Lots of awesome launches this year – truly to set your heart alight this Diwali!
Diwali is the perfect time to upgrade your ride, and 2025 has brought some impressive launches across all types of motorcycles. From sporty streetfighters to adventure tourers and retro classics, there’s something for everyone. Here are the top five bikes launched this year - to consider this festive season:
KTM 160 Duke
Rs 1,70,545 (ex-showroom)
The KTM 160 Duke is perfect for young riders and first-time buyers who want sporty looks without high running costs. Its aggressive styling, shared with the KTM 200 Duke, gives it a ‘big bike’ presence. Its engine also loves to rev, making city rides fun. This KTM bike is light and easy to handle, while surprisingly comfortable over rough roads. You just have to beware that the LCD console is basic and hard to read in sunlight, and Bluetooth connectivity comes for Rs 5,000 extra.
Hero XPulse 210
Rs 1,62,065 to 1,71,283 (ex-showroom)
The Hero XPulse 210 is all about comfort and versatility. It’s great for city commutes, weekend trail rides, and beginner off-roading – thanks to its light frame, long-travel suspension, and comfortable riding posture. The 210cc, liquid-cooled engine with a 6-speed gearbox works well in both city traffic and highways. The top variant adds a TFT console, smartphone connectivity, and dual-channel ABS. The only drawbacks of this Hero bike are that it struggles a bit beyond 100kmph, and its tubed tyres can be tricky in case of punctures.

Rs 1,93,565 to 2,08,315 (ex-showroom)
The Yezdi Roadster combines retro charm with lively performance. The 334cc, ‘Alpha 2’ engine keeps city and highway rides exciting, while the long wheelbase ensures stability. Upright ergonomics and well cushioned seats make it comfortable for long rides. Design touches like the twin exhausts, chopped off rear fender, and wide rear tyre add style to this Yezdi bike. Although, the throttle response feels slightly uneven, features are minimal, and ride quality is firm over sharp bumps.
KTM 390 Adventure X
Rs 3,03,768 (ex-showroom)
The KTM 390 Adventure X is a true all-rounder. Its 398cc engine shared with the KTM 390 Duke performs well in city traffic and highways, and the suspension soaks up potholes effortlessly. The Dakar-inspired styling makes it look ready for adventure. Features like cruise control, cornering ABS, traction control, and ride modes add to its versatility. Sore points to note are the low-rpm vibrations and minor reliability issues for this KTM bike.
Aprilia Tuono 457
Rs 3.95 lakh (ex-showroom)
The Aprilia Tuono 457 is a premium naked bike for riders who crave performance and style. Its 457cc, parallel-twin engine delivers smooth and exciting performance. This Aprilia bike comes packed with features like a 5-inch TFT console, Bluetooth, ride modes, traction control, and an optional quickshifter. The only downsides that you may have to live with are the slightly underwhelming braking (on spirited rides), firm ride quality on bad roads, and minor reliability concerns.
Whatever your style, these 2025 launches ensure a perfect festive purchase, and we wish you happy miles on your new bike!
