Aprilia has announced the launch date of the Tuono 457 in India. 

The Aprilia Tuono 457 is an upcoming naked bike from the Italian manufacturer. It will be based on the Aprilia RS 457 and will share the same 457cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine as its faired counterpart. The 457cc engine delivers 47.5PS and 43.5Nm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

It will get an all-LED lighting setup, and a 5-inch TFT instrument console with 3 riding modes: Road, Sport and Rain, smartphone connectivity, call/SMS alerts, traction control and much more.

The Tuono 457 sits on a steel tubular frame and gets a different swingarm than the RS 457. The bike has an upright riding posture but has a slight forward lean. It also gets a single-piece seat and split grab rails. The Tuono gets an inverted fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock. It gets the same brakes and alloy wheels as the RS 457.

The Aprilia Tuono 457 will rival the KTM 390 Duke and the Yamaha MT-03. The Tuono 457 will be launched between February 17 and February 18, 2025. The naked bike is likely to be priced close to the Rs 4 lakh (ex-showroom) mark in India.

    Does fetures overweigh power and your satisfaction
    They Could Have Added An Extra Feature with cruise control as a person who is short and can't ride advs and doesn't like faired bikes Naked bikes are more than enough so the rtr 310 which also has power but not comparing the both in terms of power but in terms of features isn't that a standard to meet for other bike manufacturers, me who wanted to buy a bike was so excited to buy the Rtr 310 it has enough power(satisfies me) numerous gold features, but is the twin cylinder engine worth the trade and the price(i don't care about cc as there is power in rtr 310 too) not comparing it through performance but features, if they had given cruise control, I definitely wud have went with tuono, but now I need to test ride it and only then decide!

    Need for improvement?
    Good mileage but lacks looks. There is still scope of improvement in looks as it copies raider 125 looks from the front.
