The SP125 runs slightly wider rear tyres, which should add a bit more grip and stability. Otherwise, both use similar frames and suspension setups aimed at comfortable everyday commuting. Both motorcycles also come with a combined braking system, which should help in braking. Sadly, there’s no ABS in either, even as a variant.

Both bikes are very similar in terms of dimensions, with very small differences in some aspects. Sure, the SP125 may be 4kg heavier, but the slightly sportier nature of the engine should mask the extra weight.

The Rs 11,000 premium for the SP125 for a slightly sportier engine and design, more premium console feels a bit much, especially considering the fact that the Shine 125 isn’t too far behind in terms of features either. Sure, it loses out on turn-by-turn navigation, but that’s not really deal-breaking. If you’re looking for a foolproof 125cc bike, then the Shine is a great option, and won’t make you feel like you’ve compromised. However, if you feel looks and overall sporty feel are more important in a motorcycle, then you may go with the SP125.

- My Honda SP125I can choose this bike for good milage arround 60 kilometers per liter and looking very smart. Seating system is also very good for two persons and comfortable for children's and family. There is no noise while riding. Very good and excellent, feeling very good. I'm not getting tired and no back while long driving giving good mileage. Daily riding very smart and comfortable. it is suitable for all seasons while riding.
