Triumph India has increased the prices of all its 400cc bikes. It’s the first price increase since the brand announced it would absorb the increased GST impact, back when it was announced in September last year. However, the hike is most likely due to increased production costs and not higher GST rate. It is unlikely that the modest price rise will drastically impact buying decisions for new customers.

With competitive pricing, modern features, and classic design appeal, these bikes continue to justify their asking price and are likely to remain popular choices among riders looking for accessible retro-themed motorcycles.
In a related development, Triumph is also planning to introduce a more affordable 350cc bike in India. This should help the brand take advantage of the GST 2.0’s taxing structure, and maybe price new bikes competitively.
