KTM 390 Duke & 250 Duke: Get New Paint Schemes

More than just cosmetic updates, but there’s a catch

Quick Highlights:

  • KTM 390 Duke, and 250 Duke get updated paint schemes

  • New braking equipment as well on the 390

  • Currently, on the international models only

The KTM 390 Duke gets a new, matte blue colour option, with all-black alloy wheels, and the bike does look quite stealthy in this new shade. The KTM 250 Duke on the other hand, got two new paint schemes - an updated Ebony black, and a silver shade. All of these paint schemes suit the sporty character of these Dukes very well.

Along with the new paint scheme, KTM has also given the 390 Duke updated braking hardware. The brand has replaced the ByBre callipers, with new WP FCR4 callipers, both at the front and the rear. The KTM 390 Duke already had one of the best braking setup in the segment, backed by Brembo sintered brake pads. With the new braking setup, the brand claims to improve stopping power even more.

The bikes remain the same mechanically otherwise. That said, these updates are only on the bikes sold in other countries and no word yet from KTM whether these changes will be made on Indian models.

In a related development, KTM recently launched the all-new RC 160 in India, check out what all it offers.

Superb Bike - Value for Money + Speed enthusiast

This bike has stylish look and a lean person on this bike looks good, this should be first choice for speed and power enthusiast. This is my choice because of the torque of this bike provides the light weight helps to find a better place in crowded lanes. The ride has been smooth and comfy and when i take the bike on road, it feels safer even on the long route on a ride of hundred kilometers continuous the back posture was comfortable, Even if we take this on the uneasy space this should be the best option due to its weight. yes, as i own this bike i will recommend this to the person who will be looking to purchase this in future, this bike has everything a new should have, if you love riding the bike, if you own a bike right now then should be the best upgrade you will give after riding this hulk.Read More
