A Closer Look At The Custom Royal Enfield Bikes Showcased At EICMA 2026
One of the custom builds has two 650cc engines paired together!
Royal Enfield has showcased three unique custom motorcycles at EICMA 2026, based on the Shotgun 650 and Classic 650. These custom bikes feature unique designs and some insane modifications, including one bike built around two 650 cc engines! Here's a closer look:
Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Son Of A Gun
The first motorcycle is the Shotgun 650 Son Of A Gun, developed in collaboration with Australian custom house Deus Ex Machina. It gets a special dark red and gold paint scheme along with custom graphics. Theres also special alloy wheels, blacked-out engine casings, custom downpipes, and exhaust mufflers that give it a sporty look.
This custom Royal Enfield bike also gets a brown leather seat with embroidered Deus branding and matching brown handlebar grips. Mechanically, it remains unchanged from the standard Shotgun 650, equipped with a 648 cc, air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine.
Only 100 units of this special edition bike will ever be produced, and each bike will also come with an exclusive Royal Enfield x Deus souvenir jacket.
VITA By John Customs
The next custom bike is called VITA, and it is based on the Royal Enfield Classic 650. It was created by Japanese custom house John Customs and was originally showcased at the 33rd Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show in 2025.
What makes this motorcycle special is that it gets two 650 cc parallel-twin engines paired together. This means it theoretically has four cylinders.
In terms of underpinnings, it gets a custom-made, chrome-coloured hard-tail frame, a custom girder-style fork along with a massive 26-inch front wheel.
The bodywork consists of unpainted aluminium panels along with mahogany wood elements, which give it a pretty unique look.

The third motorcycle is called Animus One. It is built by Nineteen Works and is based on the Royal Enfield Classic 650.
It gets a custom-made tubular steel frame with a chrome finish. It also gets a girder-style fork and a very low-slung seat, which give it a vintage appearance. However, its biggest highlight is the extended tail section, which gives it a very aerodynamic look and extends way beyond the rear wheel.
Out of all the bikes showcased, the Animus One, in our opinion, is the most unique and special custom bike. Unlike the Royal Enfield Son Of A Gun, which will be limited to 100 units, this will be a one-off model and will not be available for sale.
User Reviews
This is an excellent bike and had great fun riding. The back seat is include along with the bike. Had 1250km run including office travel and long rides and it has been fun doing both. Great comfort. The sheet metal grey gives a batmobile feel and experience. Looks damn good without the back seat, I generally carry it in my backpack.Read More
The royal Enfield classic 650 is one of those bikes that makes you stop and stare before you even turn the key. The moment you fire it up, the parallel-twin engine greets you with a smooth but deep exhaust note. Out on the roads, the bikes pulls strongly in mid-range. Cruising at 90-100 km/h feels effortless, and you can tell this machine is built to stretch its legs on highway. The 6- speed gear box shifts clean, and the assist clutch makes life a bit easier in traffic, though the lever itself is still on the heavier sideRead More
