Last week witnessed more launches than an enthusiast can handle

The two-wheeler industry in India witnessed quite a big surge of new product launches this past week. There were new developments in the scooter and motorcycle segments and here are the highlights:

Honda Activa 5G, CB Shine Limited edition launched:

Honda has refreshed its most popular models, the Activa 5G and the CB Shine with the launch of new Limited Edition variants. While they offer premium looks, these variants do not command that much of a premium in terms of pricing either!

Aprilia Storm 125 launched:

Aprilia launched its most affordable scooter in India, the Storm 125. Even though it may be budget friendly for Aprilia enthusiasts, the Italian brand hasn’t skimped on what matters the most: the powertrain. Head here for the pricing and other details.

2019 TVS Apache RR 310 launched:

TVS updated its flagship product, the Apache RR 310 with one of the most crucial features us enthusiasts crave. The best part is that the updated variant doesn’t cost a bomb over its predecessor.

Electric Bajaj Chetak spied:

Urbanite is Bajaj’s electric sub-brand and its first electric scooter was spotted testing in Pune. As per our sources, it is likely to be called the Chetak, a nod to the legendary scooter which was Bajaj’s best-selling two-wheeler back in the day. What’s more, it was spotted doing pretty decent speeds for an electric scooter!

New Honda two-wheeler launch on June 12:

Honda has sent out a rather cryptic invite for its upcoming launch on June 12. The invite says it will be Honda’s first BS6-compliant product. What could it be?
