The Indian two-wheeler industry witnessed several new launches, with Hero dominating the headline. We also got KTM’s most affordable, road-legal off-road bike in India, the 390 Enduro R. Here are this week’s news highlights
KTM Launched The 390 Enduro R In India
KTM finally launched the 390 Enduro R in the Indian market. As far as the price is concerned, it sits in-between the KTM 390 Adventure and the KTM 390 Adventure X, making it a sweet deal for enthusiasts who like off-roading. Though it only costs Rs 6,500 more than the Kawasaki KLX230, the most affordable road-legal enduro bike in India, it offers much more performance and features.
Hero Splendor Plus OBD-2B Launched
Hero updated the Splendor Plus with an OBD-2B compliant engine to meet the latest emission norms. The 2025 Hero Splendor Plus, also received a small price hike. Check out more about the bike here.
Hero Passion Plus OBD-2B Launched
Along with the Splendor Plus, Hero MotoCorp also updated the Passion Plus with an OBD-2B compliant engine. The new Passion Plus is now Rs 1,750 more expensive than before. The new OBD-2B model is only offered in two colour schemes when compared to the older model with four shades.
Hero Xtreme 125R Single-Seat Launched
Hero MotoCorp silently launched a single-seat variant of the Xtreme 125R in the country. The bike has remained mechanically unchanged along with the price being the same as the ‘Split-Seat ABS’ variant.
2025 Hero Karizma XMR 210 Launched
Hero recently launched the 2025 Karizma XMR 210 range. While the base variant is essentially the older Karizma XMR, the Top and Combat Edition are new, both featuring inverted fork and a TFT display with smartphone connectivity. The Combat Edition has all the features as the Top variant but comes in an exclusive grey colour scheme.
