Hero MotoCorp has silently launched the 2025 Passion Plus in India. The updated commuter bike comes with some revisions in the colour options, and more importantly, an OBD-2B compliant engine, with a slight price increase over the previous model.
Price
The 2025 Hero Passion Plus has been priced at Rs 81,651. It is Rs 1,750 more expensive than the 2024 version, which is priced at Rs 79,901 (both prices ex-showroom Delhi).

Design
Visually, the Hero Passion Plus remains unchanged. It still gets the black five-spoke alloy wheels and dual-tone body paint schemes. While the older version came with four colours, the OBD-2B compliant model comes in two colours: Black Nexus Blue and Black Heavy Grey.
Engine
The 2025 Passion Plus retains its 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, two-valve engine that is shared with the Splendor Plus and HF Deluxe. The change being that it has now been updated to meet the latest OBD-2B emission standards. It produces 8.02PS at 8,000rpm, 8.05Nm at 6,000 rpm, and is paired to a four-speed gearbox.

Underpinnings
The bike is built on a double cradle frame that is suspended by a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. Braking duties are handled by 130mm drum brakes at both ends. It gets 18-inch alloy wheels with an 80-section front and 100-section rear tyre, both tubeless. Ground clearance is 168mm, seat height is 790mm, and kerb weight is 115kg.
Features
The Passion Plus offers features like CBS (combined braking system), a mobile charging port, a small utility storage box below the fuel tank, self-start, side-stand down engine cut-off, and Hero’s start-stop system - i3s.

The 2025 Hero Passion competes with other commuters like the Honda Shine 100, Bajaj Platina 100, TVS Sport, its own two siblings: Hero Splendor Plus and HF Deluxe.
