Jawa 42 And Yezdi Roadster Now Come Painted In New Colours
Both variants come at a slight premium over the standard models
Just a few days after launching the Jawa 42 Tawang edition, Jawa Yezdi motorcycles has introduced sporty new colour schemes for the 42 and Roadster bikes. Here’s what they are:
Jawa 42 Cosmic Carbon
The retro-style bike now comes flaunting a metallic grey colour with sporty stripes and carbon finish that further accentuates the bike’s appeal. The carbon-fibre patterned pinstripe across the fuel tank with ‘42’ inscribed on it manages to bring the sporty nature of the retro out.
It is powered by the same 294.72cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine making 27.3PS and 26.84Nm. The new colourway comes priced at Rs 1,95,142 (ex-showroom Delhi), Rs 1,000 more expensive than the other colours.

Yezdi Roadster Crimson Dual Tone
Yezdi, on the other hand, has updated the Roadster with the new, glossy Crimson Dual Tone shade, similar to the one seen on the Jawa 42 Bobber. This colour scheme is priced at Rs 2,03,829 (ex-showroom Delhi), Rs 2,687 more expensive than the other dark colour schemes.
The Roadster is powered by a 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine making 29.6PS and 28.95Nm.
New colour variants of both bikes are available to book online for Rs 5,000 each. Adding to that, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles plan to expand their footprint in India by reaching 500 outlets by the end of this calendar year. Currently the company has about 400 touch-points across India.
