Honda recently launched the ADV 160 in India, marking it as the first flex-fuel scooter in India. One of its main rivals includes the popular Yamaha Aerox 155, which has been one of the segment's best for a few years now. Here is how these two sporty scooters compare in terms of the pricing:

Honda ADV 160
Honda's ADV 160 is a proper maxi-adventure scooter. It gets rugged, adventure-bike-inspired styling with a muscular body and a chunky upswept exhaust, giving it a likeable stance. There is also a tall windscreen, a split LED headlight and block-pattern tyres that add to its touring-friendly character.
The most important thing here is that the scooter is powered by an E85-compatible 156.93cc liquid-cooled engine. This makes it Honda's and India’s first E-85 compliant scooter.
For features the scooter gets a TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity which enables turn-by-turn navigation, SMS/call alerts and more. For practicality it gets a 27-litre underseat storage. For added safety, the brand has given it single-channel ABS and a switchable traction control.
Yamaha Aerox 155
The Aerox 155 has long been a great option for buyers wanting a sporty, performance-focused scooter in India. Thanks to its 155cc liquid-cooled engine, which is the same unit as the Yamaha R15. The motor uses Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) and makes 15 PS and 13.9 Nm.
Feature-wise, the Aerox 155 comes equipped with an LCD console with Bluetooth connectivity that displays call and message alerts. The top-spec S variant adds a Smart Key system with an answer-back function and keyless ignition. For safety, it has traction control and single-channel ABS.
Unlike the ADV 160, the Aerox leans more towards sporty street styling than rugged adventure looks, and it has been around long enough in India to have a solid reputation and service network behind it.
