New TVS Teaser Confirms Big Update For Apache RTR 160 And RTR 200 Range
Uniform headlight design coming across the RTR range

Quick News Highlights:
-
The RTR 160 4V and the RTR 200 4V range will be updated
-
All the variants will likely get the same projector LED headlight, debuted in the Anniversary Editions
TVS Motor Company has dropped a few teasers that clearly hint at a key update for its popular Apache RTR line-up. The teasers begin in a typical dramatic fashion, showing Apache RR 310 race bikes parked on the grid, setting the stage for what comes next.
As the RR 310s stand still on the track, a group of Apache RTR 160s and Apache RTR 200s make their entry into the frame. This visual cue pretty much confirms what TVS is preparing to launch.
What The Teaser Clearly Indicates
From what the teaser reveals, it is now clear that TVS is set to update the smaller Apache range with the same single projector LED headlight setup that is currently reserved for the top-spec variants. This means that even the lower trims of the Apache RTR 160 4V and Apache RTR 200 4V are likely to get a more premium and modern-looking front end.
At present, all the lower variants get a simpler LED headlight. With this update, TVS seems to be standardising the design across the entire Apache RTR 160 and RTR 200 line-up, giving all models a uniform and sharper identity.
The new LED setup should also improve night-time visibility and add to the overall premium appeal. Visually, the sharper projector headlight will bring the lower variants closer in styling to the fully-loaded trims, reducing the gap between them. That said, the headlight design doesn’t feel as unique in our opinion, especially considering the fact that the Bajaj Pulsar N160 and N250 have similar round LED projector headlight design.

Launch Expected Soon
All said and done, this refresh is still a welcome move from TVS, and should make the Apache RTR 160 and RTR 200 even more appealing to young buyers. We expect the official launch and detailed announcement to happen very soon, most likely in the coming days. Expect a small price bump across variants. Here’s a price table for a quick reference:

Ride Tested Rider ApprovedTo be frank the engine is so smooth compared with it's previous versions...no vibration till 90kmph and I have found the sweet spot at 80kmph. The highest speed which i have clocked on this bike is 130kmph on a national highway I do long and short rides frequently on this bike and I feel little pain on my palm and back on long rides because of little hard seat cushion but when it comes to a ride of upto 140kms no stress at all you can make it easily, and in love with it's bass of its sound. I'm a pure lover of riding bikes.. and I must must recommend this bike to the people who are in there 20's to 35's and are looking for there daily commute but in style, power, and most important efficiency then is the go for bike totally worth it.. The stance it has and the looks it grabs on the city roads are just wowRead More
