Adventure Bikes Expected At Bharat Mobility Expo 2025
From big globe trotting ADVs to some electrifying concepts!
The 2025 Auto Expo is going to take place in a few days and we will be able to witness the unveiling of new concepts and lots of launches taking place. Let’s have a look at all the adventure motorcycles we expect to be present at the 2025 Auto Expo.
BMW R 1300 GS Adventure
The BMW R 1300 GS Adventure will be launched at the 2025 Auto Expo in India. The ADV will be the top of the line adventure motorcycle from the German manufacturer. The motorcycle gets additional features over the R 1300 GS such as a larger fuel tank to cover longer distances, additional ADAS features and lots of storage space. It shares the same 1300cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled boxer engine as the R 1300 GS, which makes 145PS and 149Nm and is paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
Yamaha Tenere 700
The Yamaha Tenere 700 is an adventure motorcycle from the Japanese manufacturer which is known for its offroad capability and how easy the motorcycle is to ride. The motorcycle is powered by a 698cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine which makes 73.4PS and 68Nm, and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle gets long travel suspension at both ends and is expected to be launched in India at the 2025 Auto Expo.
Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric
First unveiled at the EICMA motorshow 2023, the Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric will also be present at the 2025 Auto Expo. The Himalayan Electric is essentially a test bed for the manufacturer’s upcoming electric motorcycles. The motorcycle was also recently showcased at Motoverse 2024.
Hero XPulse 421
Hero recently trademarked the design of the XPulse 421 in India. The concept motorcycle was shown at EICMA 2024. It will get a rally inspired design and come with a brand new 421cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which is expected to make close to 40PS. Hero is expected to go all out when it comes to electronics and pack the XPulse 421 with all the bells and whistles.
TVS RTX 300
The upcoming TVS RTX 300 is expected to be present at the 2025 Auto Expo. The motorcycle has been spotted testing multiple times and will most likely get the brand new RT-XD4 engine which TVS unveiled at the 2024 MotoSoul event. It is a 300cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which makes 35PS and 28.5Nm. The engine could be paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
Hero XPulse 210
The Hero XPulse 210 was first revealed at the 2024 EICMA motorshow. The XPulse 210 is set to replace the current XPulse 200 4V. The current XPulse lacks the ability to tour on highways at high speeds and this is what the XPulse 210 will likely solve. The design of the XPulse 210 looks quite similar to the outgoing model but features a different fuel tank, a larger visor, different side panels and an overall taller stance. It will receive a 210cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine 24.5PS and 20.4Nm, although, Hero might tweak the gear ratios or the sprocket sizes to suit the XPulse 210’s need for more low-end grunt.
