2025 Hero Splendor Plus: Same Price Other Options
A CNG or an electric motorcycle or two practical scooters can be considered over the Splendor Plus

Hero MotoCorp recently launched the 2025 Splendor Plus range in India. Even though it’s India’s best-selling bike, the price of the top-end variant is pretty steep. At Rs 86,051 (ex-showroom Delhi), for the Splendor Plus Xtec Disc variant there are a lot of other two-wheelers that can be considered over it for around the same price.
Suzuki Access 125 Disc

Price - Rs 89,400 (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Suzuki Access 125 is a premium looking family scooter, and is also the best-selling 125cc scooter in India. It offers a great blend of retro and modern design language. Its 124cc engine is super refined and fuel efficient, along with punchy performance.
The Access 125 gets a fully digital console which shows all the crucial information and supports smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth. It shows turn-by-turn navigation and SMS/call alerts. The Access also gets all LED lights. For practicality the Access offers 24.4 litres of underseat storage along with two front cubby holes with a USB charging port for added convenience. The Access could be the right choice for someone who wants a 125cc scooter with retro-modern looks, a smooth and peppy engine along with great practicality.
Bajaj Freedom 125

Price - Rs 90,272 (ex-showroom Delhi), for the Drum Variant
The Bajaj Freedom 125 is the world’s first CNG motorcycle, and is also the only CNG bike in India. It can run on CNG (2kg gas tank) and also has a small petrol tank (2 litres) for emergencies. The combined range is 330km, which is pretty decent for such a niche motorcycle.
More importantly, the Freedom CNG is the right middle ground between petrol-powered and electric motorcycles as it offers low running costs along with negligible downtime for refuelling. It’s a great option for those who do not want to shift to EVs but still want more efficiency from their daily commuter. That said, the only big caveat is that the Freedom is available only in Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat and Kerala, with expansion to more states in the pipeline.
Honda Activa 110 H-Smart

Price - Rs 84,685 (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Honda Activa is the best selling scooter in the country. Its neutral design, reliable engine makes it the go-to option for those who want a fuss-free 110cc scooter.
The H-Smart variant comes loaded with convenient features like keyless ignition, keyless fuel filler cap opening, anti-theft, and ‘Smart Find’ which makes it easier to locate the scooter in a busy parking lot. Other features include a 4.3-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and SMS/call alerts. The scooter also gets an 18.4-litre underseat storage along with two utility hooks at the front.
TVS Raider 125

Price - Rs 93,500 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the Disc Variant
The TVS Raider 125 is a sporty 125cc commuter motorcycle. It looks properly aggressive, and the engine matches the bike’s nature as well. It has one of the most powerful engines in its segment. The TVS Raider is one of the quickest motorcycles in its segment with a claimed 0 to 60kmph time of 5.9 seconds while weighing just 123kg. The TVS Raider 125 is a great option for people who want sporty looks and performance from a value-for-money 125cc bike.
Revolt RV1

Price - Rs 89,999 (ex-showroom Delhi)
The Revolt RV1 is a commuter e-bike which gets a 2.2kWh battery pack which powers its 2.8kW motor. The e-bike gets a claimed range of 100km IDC (Indian driving conditions) and a claimed top speed of 70kmph. While the range might not be as much, the battery pack is removable, allowing you to charge it anywhere. It’s also a fairly basic e-bike with a simple LCD console (no connectivity), and all-LED lighting.
At 108kg (kerb), it is light enough to be managed easily. The Revolt RV1 is an ideal option for those who want an affordable electric bike with decent quality from a well-known brand.

Good response from the customerI bough this TVS raider in Jan 2026. Till now, i did not face any issues with it. This costs around 1.25 Lakhs including EMI. This can be a good commuter bike in 125cc bike models. E20 facility is also added in this bike. Handling is very good in this bike. I feel so comfortable when i ride on highways. I like rear foot support to provide comfort for pillion rider while having seat. Good mileage bike under 125cc bikes. This is kind of family bike with sporty look. City riding people can prefer this mostly. This is a best mileage bike under 1.25Lakhs. i would recommend to change the colour of ABS channel(red colour) to black.Read More
review of bike.Splendor is a good bike for daily commuters as it delivers a good mileage and smooth performance. In one word, a buget king or mileage king. Moreover maintainance is also low, parts are easily available in market. I will recommend this bike for all the office commuter as well as for local users. Overall nice bike.Read More
Good experienceBest bike i have ever seen specifications also approximately same as said, good bike in the budget and range is also quite good. Performance overall good and one time charging gives you range of around 80-90 km. It's quite good experience, with revolt r1 plus, mileage is quite good and no issues so far but I just ride 90 kms I can't say confirm.. but for sure it's best bike in ev in this segment under this budget. Any type of person could buy this ev bike, it also suits for household people also for every daily employee. farmers also can use in villages but not suggestable in the hot summer days and for long range journeys. Overall best bike.Read More
Positive Review of Access 125As being an adult, I needed a vehicle to commute to places, I had to select a scooter for house chores and personal uses. I took advice from many people, used AI for comparisons, took reviews, test rides and then selected it as a final decision. So far the ride is comfortable, we can ride for hours without getting back pain or anything, with a good mileage receiving at a petrol scooter, I have no tension about how much I ride on daily basis, the handling, brakes, tyres and suspension are all best. A family person or a new adult should purchase it or as a first two wheeler owner too. You can purchase it. I would surely recommend to you. I will take guarantee of u not regretting getting this scooter.Read More
