Royal Enfield 350cc Bikes To Get Cheaper By Up To Rs 19,000 After New GST Rates

Royal Enfield has announced it will pass on the full benefit of the GST Council’s recent tax reform (GST 2.0) to its customers. With GST on petrol-powered two-wheelers up to 350cc (or less) reduced from 28 percent to 18 percent, the company’s most popular motorcycles will now be more affordable as they all use a 349cc engine and it just meets the cut-off for the new GST norms.
The new prices will be effective from September 22, 2025, across Royal Enfield dealerships in India. The reduction is calculated on the ex-factory price, and the benefits vary depending on the variant, with cuts on the ex-showroom price going up to about Rs 19,000.

All the prices mentioned are as per Royal Enfield's official announcement. 
Royal Enfield has also mentioned that the revised, reduced GST rates will apply to its service, apparel and accessories range as well. The sad news for big bike enthusiasts is that the new GST 2.0 will apply for all of Royal Enfield’s 440cc, 450cc and 650cc range - so they will all get more expensive. As per GST 2.0, they will attract a flat 40% GST compared to the current 28% GST + 3% cess - essentially a 9% hike.
If you’re planning to buy a 350cc Royal Enfield bike, we’d suggest you wait for the new pricing to come into effect from September 22. On the other hand, those looking for bigger Royal Enfield bikes may have to make sure they book the bike at the earliest and get the delivery before the new prices come in on 22nd.
