New Yezdi Bike Teased Ahead Of August 12 Launch

It could most likely be the updated 2025 Roadster

Quick News Highlights:

  • Yezdi shares teaser of a new LED headlight design

  • Styling and mechanical changes expected

  • Launch scheduled for August 12

Yezdi Motorcycles has officially teased what appears to be an updated version of the Roadster, just days before the scheduled launch on August 12, 2025. The short teaser, shared via the brand’s social channels reveals a redesigned LED headlamp.

Design

While the teaser remains intentionally vague, we had also recently spotted camouflaged test mules of the bike in two possible variants. One looks like a traditional cruiser, whereas the other seems to resemble a bobber, complete with a single seat layout. Despite these updates, the twin-exhaust setup that almost all current Yezdi and Jawas get seem to remain untouched. We could get new colours as well.

Engine

The updated Yezdi Roadster is expected to get the upgraded version of the brand’s 334cc engine, which made its debut with the 2025 Yezdi Adventure. With the update, the motor is now OBD2B and E20 fuel compliant. For the Roadster, Yezdi may opt for a different state of tune - one that leans toward a smoother, more relaxed experience suitable for daily commutes and highway cruising.

Underpinnings

The Yezdi bike will get the same chassis, alloy wheels, telescopic fork, and dual rear shocks as before. However, we hope the brand makes improvements to the suspension to improve ride comfort, handling and stability.

BikeDekho Says

With the official launch set for August 12, Yezdi is gearing up to introduce its refreshed cruiser into a competitive segment. This space has bikes like the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Meteor 350, Honda CB350 and CB350 H’ness, its own siblings from Jawa: 350, 42, and 42 FJ.

Given how the 2025 Adventure was priced around the same as the outgoing version, expect the 2025 Roadster to also follow the same route - the current model sits between Rs 2,09,900 to Rs 2,18,900 (ex-showroom Delhi). We look forward to seeing how Yezdi balances classic design cues with modern updates in what is the first major refresh for the Roadster since its launch back in January 2022.
