Jawa introduced its lineup of bikes in late 2018 and then kept making aesthetic and mechanical improvements to them in an attempt to dethrone its arch-rival, Royal Enfield. The lineup currently includes the Jawa 350, 42, 42 Bobber and Perak.
The Jawa 350 is a retro-looking bike with a 334cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. Despite what its retro design suggests, the bike feels thoroughly sporty to ride.
The Jawa 42 comes in a whole bunch of colours to choose from, and with modern touches like diamond-cut alloy wheels, to appeal to the younger crowd. In the brand’s lineup of retro bikes, this Jawa bike comes across as the most modern one.
The Jawa 42 Bobber recently got new colours and the Red Sheen colour scheme does look very nice. This bike, too, uses the same 334cc liquid-cooled engine which we would have liked to see get more refined.
The Perak was recently updated for 2024 too. The updates included stiffer front suspension to improve the handling, a re-tuned 7-step preload adjustable monoshock, and updated components in the engine and gearbox.

It is a great bike with comfort and riding pleasure. It gives good mileage. Totally satisfied with the bike. I am 42 years old and have done long rides on it with a maximum of 400 kms in 1 day. I chose Jawa Perak 334 mainly because iska look mujhe bahut unique laga single seat bobber style sab bikes se alag feel deta hai engine bhi powerful hai aur road par strong dikhti hai mujhe kuch hatke chahiye tha jo har kisi ke paas na ho isliye ye bike choose ki. Ride experience ab tak kaafi smooth raha hai bike highway par stable feel deti hai aur aceleration bhi strong hai thoda heavy hai lekin control achha mil jata hai long rides ke liye comfortable hai bas city traffic me kabhi-kabhi thoda heavy lagta hai overall ride enjoyable hai. The bike was good but the service is not good as they say everything as manufacturing defect. But has a great torque. The best thing for the bike is the seating comfortablity which is top notch. Also the bike doesn't heat up as some other 350cc bikes. Coming to mileage, it is just 24-27Kmpl which is not I expected.Read More
