Hero XPulse 210
The Hero XPulse 210 now comes with a tweaked design, giving it a proper dual-sport bike look. It now gets a new LED headlight with an H-shaped DRL (daytime running lights). The XPulse 210 is powered by a 210cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine from the Hero Karizma XMR, but has a different engine tune producing 24.6PS and 20.7Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. This should give the XPulse better highway performance than its air-oil-cooled predecessor.

The 210cc XPulse features a 4.2-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity features offering turn-by-turn navigation and call & SMS alerts. Other features include ride-by-wire throttle, with riding modes, dual-channel ABS with three modes, and a USB type-C charging port.
The Hero XPulse 210 rivals the Kawasaki KLX230. Other alternatives in the 250cc ADV space include the Suzuki V-Storm SX and the KTM 250 Adventure.
Hero Xtreme 250R
The Hero Xtreme 250R is a streetfighter which comes with a sharp and aggressive design. The bike gets sharp tank extensions, a sculpted fuel tank and a sleek tail section. The Xtreme 250R is powered by an all-new 250cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 30PS and 25Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch.

The 210cc streetfighter gets an LCD instrument console with smartphone connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation and calls & SMS alerts. The bike also gets an all-LED lighting setup, a USB type-C charging port, riding modes, traction control, and dual-channel ABS, with an option to turn off the rear ABS.
The Hero Xtreme 250R goes up against the likes of KTM 250 Duke, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250, Honda CB300R, Suzuki Gixxer 250, and the Bajaj Dominar 250.

Xtreme 250RI wanted an upgrade from 125 cc so I chose the 250cc segment. i got my xtreme 250r this month and my 1st opinion it's crazy good i don't know why people complain about engine oil leak and other stuff if you cold start your bike properly there won't be any such issue. Seating posture is comfortable for me although I feel a bit soreness in my forearms. Mileage since I have not done the 1st service i am getting around 35 in long rides but around 20 for areas with much traffic If u want the fastest 250 go for it. Road presence is too too good. If you don't have a problem with the mileage you are going to love this bike. The only thing I don't like is that the service can only be done in premium showrooms.Read More
