EICMA 2026: Hero Bikes Lineup Wrapup
Electric dirt bikes, full blown ADVs, scramblers and a lot more

Hero was on a roll this EICMA, for the Indian brand put on display as many as 7 bikes. This list had quite the range too, for there were electric dirt bikes, full blown ADVs, scramblers and even a retro bike. So in case the EICMA content overload has confused you and you have lost track, here’s a quick but comprehensive rundown of all the bikes that Hero displayed at EICMA 2026:
Hero Xpulse 450

One of the most India-specific bikes at EICMA 2026, one that we were waiting for with bated breath, was definitely the Hero Xpulse 450. In terms of design, the Xpulse 450 is tall, looks rugged and has plenty of suspension travel and ground clearance, exactly what we expected from a big rugged 450cc adventure bike.

Powered by a 421cc liquid-cooled single cylinder engine, its engine makes 46.6PS at 9100rpm and 38Nm at 7500rpm. It’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox and there’s a slipper clutch as well.

There’s a 21-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. Suspension travel at both ends is 225mm and in terms of adjustability, the suspension is adjustable for compression and rebound at the front. The new TFT console looks fancy and is loaded with tech. Ride modes, traction control, cruise control, etc, the bike has it all to make it a properly fancy adventure bike. We hope Hero can keep it light, because that’d really make it an ideal bike to do it all. We hope Hero launches the Xpulse 450 in December 2026.
3 Vida Concepts

Hero then went a bit more radical with 3 Vida concepts. The Vida UBX is a futuristic looking electric roadster. It’ll remind you of the TVS Apache RTR 310 and the 17-inch wheels and styling combine to give it a bit of a supermoto look.

The DIRT.E MX7, being an electric dirt bike, is arguably the most exciting of the 3. And honestly it does look quite exciting. The knobby tyres, suspension travel, big front fender, golden USD fork, all combine to make it look like a proper 125-150cc dirt bike.

The Project VXZ looks like a properly futuristic streetfighter. Its headlight, tank extensions and bold colours, all make it really stand out.
Hero Xpulse Scrambler 250 Concept
Another bold and rugged concept was the Xpulse Scrambler 250. Scramblers are good looking bikes and Hero has nailed the Xpulse scrambler’s look. The round headlight, spoke wheels with golden rims, tall stance and big front fender, all of them really make it look ready to take on most of the trails you throw at it.

Staying true to the Scrambler name, there’s a 19-inch wheel at the front and a 17-inch one at the rear. The bike gets Pirelli tyres that are dual purpose units. We think the Scrambler 250 could get the Xtreme 250R’s 249cc liquid-cooled engine.
Hero Xpulse 150

The Hero Impulse was a bike that was way ahead of its time and to honour such a good bike, Hero has brought in what seems to be a successor to the Impulse. Named the Xpulse 150, it even looks quite like the Impulse. There’s a 19-inch wheel at the front and a 17-inch rear wheel. These are shod with dual purpose tyres and the tank looks similar to the Xpulse 200 4V’s tank but with sharper extensions.

The air-cooled 150cc engine makes 12.2PS at 8500rpm and 12.8Nm at 5500rpm. It gets a 5-speed gearbox, digital instrument console and a USB type C charging port. The 141.5kg kerb weight is very good and so is the healthy 220mm of ground clearance. And all of this with a relatively approachable seat height of 826mm makes it all even better.
Hero Classic Bike Concept

And after all these radical concepts, Hero showed us something more universally beautiful. Hero then unveiled a classic bike concept, something so gorgeous in a more old school way that it’s hard to not like it already. There’s chrome and copper finishes across the bike’s bodywork, along with bronze finish on some other places, all of which make it look drop dead gorgeous.

The bike’s software or hardware details aren’t out yet but it looks incredible and with the right engine, this could be a hoot to ride as well.
