Vida Concept UBEX

Vida Ubex Overview 

The Ubex is a sporty looking e-bike from Vida, Hero’s electric two-wheeler division. The Ubex was first unveiled at EICMA 2025, and recently Hero has patented its design in India.

Vida Ubex Design 

Unlike the concept bike, the patented version looks more production ready. It has also ditched the high-mounted front fender, and hand guards, which the concept version got. Despite these changes, the e-bike still looks as futuristic as the concept bike. There is a projector-style headlamp with LED DRLs, giving it a clean and aggressive front design. The body panels are shaped to resemble a traditional fuel tank. This should allow the rider to hold on to the bike with their legs. The battery pack seems to be neatly integrated into the frame, which should help with better balance and weight distribution.

Vida Ubex Underpinnings 

According to the patent images, the Vida Ubex gets a trellis frame, with a conventional telescopic fork and a rear monoshock. Along with this, the bike could get 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, with road-spec tyres. 

Vida Ubex Motor & Battery Pack

Vida has not yet unveiled any information about the Ubex’s motor or battery pack. However, it is expected to perform similarly to a 150cc to 200cc petrol powered bike.

Vida Ubex Rivals

Once launched in India, the Vida Ubex will compete with e-bikes like the Ola Roadster, and Matter Aera.
