Ola Roadster Design
The Ola Roadster is an electric bike with futuristic design elements that differentiate it from conventional motorcycles. It has a slim, minimalistic yet muscular stance, and the design emphasizes both aerodynamics. Compared to the more affordable Roadster X, it gets diamond-cut alloy wheels and a higher-quality finish.
Ola Roadster Powertrain
The Ola Roadster is powered by a mid-mounted electric motor producing a peak output of 13kW, and top speed is a claimed 116kmph for the base-spec, 3.5kWh variant; 126kmph for the 4.5kWh and 6kWh versions. The 0-40kmph acceleration time is 2.4sec for the 3.5kWh and 2.2sec for the other 2 models. Depending on the variant, it offers a claimed range of 151km (3.5kWh), 190km (4.5kWh), and 248km (6kWh). The battery charging times also differ according to the variant for 0-80%: 4.6hrs (3.5kWh), 5.9hrs (4.5kWh), and 7.9hrs (6kWh).
Ola Roadster Chassis, Brakes, Wheels, Suspension
The Ola Roadster is built on a double-cradle frame, suspended by a telescopic fork and monoshock. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends, paired with single-channel ABS. It gets 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres.
Ola Roadster Features
The Ola Roadster comes with a 7-inch TFT touchscreen instrument console which displays the speed, range, odometer, navigation, trip meter, clock, and more. Other features include hill hold assist, adaptive boost, LED projector headlight, all-LED lighting, voice assistant, smart park, cruise control, regenerative braking, cornering ABS, tow-theft-tamper detection, emergency SOS alerts, OTA updates, vacation mode, brake by wire, and four riding modes: Hyper, Sport, Normal, Eco.

The Ola Roadster goes up against rivals like the Revolt RV400 and the Oben Rorr. With its competitive pricing, the Roadster undercuts many of these on price while offering significantly more features, range, and performance in the electric motorcycle space.
