Overview
The Oben Rorr Evo has an introductory price of Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the first 10,000 customers, after which it will retail at Rs 1,24,999. It sits between the Rorr EZ and Rorr EZ Sigma in the brand’s lineup. The bike gets a new design with a projector LED headlight, LED DRL strip, muscular shrouds, and a sleek tail section.
Powering the Rorr Evo is a 9kW electric motor producing 250Nm at the wheel, paired with a chain drive setup. It can accelerate from 0-40kmph in a claimed 3 seconds and reach a claimed top speed of 110kmph. The bike offers four riding modes: Eco, City, Havoc, and Smart IQ. It draws energy from a 3.4kWh LFP battery with an IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) range of 180km, and supports fast charging, going from 0 to 80 percent in 90 minutes.
Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock. It gets disc brakes at both ends with CBS. A single-channel ABS would’ve made the deal a lot sweeter.
It features a 5-inch TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and alerts, along with features like regenerative braking, reverse mode, and geo-fencing via an app. We have explained all the features in detail. With a 780mm seat height, 200mm ground clearance, and added storage spaces, the Rorr Evo balances performance, practicality, and affordability while rivalling the Revolt RV400 and Ola Roadster X.
