These price cuts are permanent
Adishwar Auto Ride India, the company responsible for bringing multiple Chinese-owned two-wheeler brands to India, including Zontes and Keeway, has announced major price cuts on two of its offerings — the Zontes 350X and the Keeway K-Light 250V. No other changes have been made to either of the bikes.
New Prices
The Zontes 350X, a sporty touring machine, has undergone a second price drop since its debut in India in 2022. At launch, it was priced at a steep Rs 3.45 lakh. After some time, in January 2024, its prices were reduced by Rs 46,000. Now, an additional Rs 59,000 has been slashed, bringing the 350X’s price down to Rs 2.40 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). In total, this marks a whopping Rs 1.05 lakh reduction since its launch price.
Meanwhile, the Keeway K-Light 250V, a V-twin-powered cruiser, has received its first-ever price correction, and it’s quite significant. A massive price cut of Rs 71,000 off its sticker price has been reduced, bringing the new ex-showroom price to Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Why The Drop?
Although the company hasn't issued an official reason, we think it's due to the low sales of both motorcycles that have prompted these drastic revisions. The K-Light 250V, for example, offers performance that’s on par with the Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220, while still costing around Rs 1 lakh more. On the other hand, the Zontes 350X seems like a decent deal considering the new price. It offers decent performance, lots of fancy features, and looks like nothing else in the segment.
The biggest issue here is the lack of awareness for pretty much all the brands Adishwar Auto Ride represents. We hope the company strengthens its sales and, more importantly, its service reach so that newer riders can learn to trust a new brand instead of taking the safer route - buying rivalling motorcycles from other well-established brands.
