TVS Puts Another Teaser For Its Upcoming Electric Scooter
This one shows Creon-like headlight and apron panels
The new TVS electric scooter is almost here, and the latest teaser has seemingly confirmed that this scooter will be based on the TVS Creon concept. It shows the scooter's stacked headlight and the sporty-looking apron panels. Here’s a closer look at the concept back from when it was unveiled at Auto Expo 2018.
In a previous teaser, we also got a glimpse of its LED turn indicators. But if you're not impressed by its sporty looks, wait until you hear about what it packs underneath. The Creon concept had a 11.76kW motor that could make it go from 0 to 60 km/h in just 5.1 seconds (claimed). While the exact same motor might not be used in the final version, we can definitely expect a powerful and sporty electric scooter.
Interestingly, a prototype of this scooter was seen on the road earlier this year. Check it out here.
TVS already has the iQube, which is quite a comfortable and practical electric scooter. Hence this new one could be on the sportier side in order to compete with scooters like the Ather 450X, Simple One, and Ola S1 Pro. TVS itself will be putting all these speculations to rest though, by unveiling the scooter on August 23.
