Hero Electric Announces 3-Day Return Offer Along With An Extension On Its Online Scheme

In a bid to boost sales, Hero Electric has announced special offers amid the COVID-19 lockdown. The first of which includes a 3-day return policy on all its products purchased during the online scheme. In other words, customers are eligible for a full refund if they decide to return a scooter within the first three days of purchase. The offer, however, isn’t applicable on the Flash lead-acid low-speed model. Hero’s current portfolio consists of the Flash, E5, Nyx, Optima E5, Photon, Dash and Optima ER and Nyx ER (Extended Range) variants.
This offer allows customers to use the scooter better before locking in their order. The brand has also introduced its second phase of online offers after witnessing an overwhelming response for its special prices introduced for the month of April. Customers who book any electric scooter (except for the Flash lead-acid low-speed model) can avail a cash discount of Rs 4,000. Interested customers who purchase the Hero Glyde can benefit from a Rs 3,000 discount. The booking amount for these scooters is set at Rs 2,999. Customers also stand to earn a voucher worth Rs 1,000 via referrals.
Meanwhile, Hero Electric has reopened some of its dealerships in green and orange zones while adhering to the government’s safety guidelines. This includes sanitising dealerships and vehicles at regular intervals. Dealerships have also taken it upon themselves to deliver scooters at doorstep with social distancing in mind. All two-wheelers will be thoroughly sanitised before delivery with all the necessary precautions in place.
