Hero Electric Offers Discounts On Scooter Range

The offer is valid from April 17th to May 15th

• The Hero Electric Glyde push scooter and Velocity E-cycle get a discount of Rs 3,000. 

Hero Electric is offering a cash discount of Rs 5,000 across its entire electric scooter range, excluding the Flash lead-acid electric scooter variant. This discount is applicable only if you book your scooter online between April 17th and May 15th. The booking amount for all Hero Electric scooters is Rs 2,999. This amount is non-refundable except for the condition that the lockdown is extended beyond June.

Customers who book the electric scooters will be able to take delivery from their closest Hero Electric dealerships once the lockdown ends. While the electric scooters attract a cash discount of Rs 5,000, other Hero Electric products like the Glyde push scooter and Velocity E-cycle get a cash discount of Rs 3,000. Plus customers who refer the scooters to others get an additional discount of Rs 1,000. 

The Hero Electric scooter range consists of the Flash E5, Nyx E5, Optima E5, Photon, Dash and Optima ER and Nyx ER (Extended Range) variants. Prices for the electric scooter range starts from Rs 41,770 for the Optima LE and goes up to Rs 72,990 for the Photon (ex-showroom Delhi). 

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant lockdown have had two-wheeler dealerships unable to sell their products, leading to many offering discounts and offers. Manufacturers too are facing the pinch, with many postponing the launch of new products. One example is the Yamaha FZ 25 BS6 that was unveiled before the 2020 Auto Expo in February but is yet to be launched.
