Comes with massive dual purpose block pattern tyres, chopped up fenders and more!

K-Speed customs, a Thai custom bike shop, has unveiled its second build based on a Triumph bike. This time it is a scrambler style motorcycle built on the Triumph Speed 400 called the ‘Diabolus Tracker’. Earlier, they had modified a Triumph Scrambler 400 X and made it into a more rugged looking scrambler, and now the Speed 400 has received a similar treatment.

The Diabolus Tracker features a round headlight and a raised fender, similar to what we see on motocross bikes. The handlebar is the same one as used on the stock Speed 400 but the instrument console is now mounted on the frame, just below the fuel tank, giving the bike a rugged look without sacrificing functionality.

The fuel tank is the same but comes in a different paint scheme. The engine crankcase has undergone a change, with the new panels featuring a machine finish. Exhaust has been changed and now is a smaller unit that extends only till the bike’s underbelly. Additionally, the bike gets a chopped subframe and tail section. Thanks to that, even the seat is smaller on this custom bike, adding to the minimalist design.

The tyres have also been revised and now the bike rolls on massive dual-purpose block pattern tyres, giving the bike that rugged off-roader appearance.

The modifications are done with custom parts from K-Speed which can be bought via their official website. Shipping is available to India, and customers who are interested in modifying their Speed 400 can buy the individual parts used. When ordering through the standard shipping method, prospective customers can get parts shipped for zero shipping costs, but there’s a chance that the parts may attract import duties so it is advisable to reach out to the custom house for more details.

If you don’t want to go through the complicated process and just want to get your Triumph Speed 400 modified with custom colours then you can check out this showroom in Pune that is offering custom colour options for the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400 X.

The changes made to the bike seem limited to changing the appearance of the bike. Performance remains unchanged and the Triumph Speed 400 is still powered by the same 398.15cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 40PS and 37.5Nm.
