Aprilia SXR GT 175

The Aprilia SXR GT 175 gets a 175cc engine that makes 13.3 PS and 14.14 Nm. It also has a 5-inch TFT console with call and music control, and turn-by-turn navigation. It’s safety tech has a single-channel ABS.

Aprilia SXR GT 125

The Aprilia SXR GT 125 hp.e gets a smaller, 125cc engine that produces 10.6 PS and 10.4 Nm. It only gets a combined braking system. It has a 5-inch LCD screen but without any of the connected features.

What’s Common

Both the scooters get 14-inch alloy wheels, a telescopic front suspension, and a monoshock. Braking is handled by a 220 mm front disc and 140 mm rear drum.

BikeDekho Says

Both the scooters are positioned as premium maxi-styled scooters. The SXR GT 175 doesn’t have any natural rivals as such. It’s more expensive and better equipped ones include the Hero Xoom 160 and the Yamaha Aerox 155. Both those scooters have a liquid-cooled engine and cost substantially more.

The SXR GT 125, on the other hand, directly rivals the Suzuki Burgman, which is priced lower, and also gets connectivity features.

Both the scooters look quite unique, and have that Italian styling flair, which could make them appealing to many. We expect them to be quite fun to ride, but that remains to be seen till we ride. Until then, if you are looking to get one for yourself this Diwali, we would recommend test riding one.
