Bajaj Pulsar N160 S vs TVS Apache RTR 160 4V: Price Comparison

The Bajaj Pulsar N160 S was recently launched, and in the segment, it goes up against the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. Both bikes offer strong performance, sporty styling and feature- rich. However, the new Pulsar gets a more powerful engine, while the Apache undercuts it in price. Here is a detailed price comparison if you are deciding between the two:

Bajaj Pulsar N160 S

The Bajaj Pulsar N160 S gets a sportier and more aggressive design. The bike gets inverted forks as standard, and it gets a muscular fuel tank and a projector LED headlight, giving the bike a proper streetfighter stance.

It is powered by an all-new 4-valve 164.5 cc engine, it produces 18.5 PS and 14.4 Nm. which makes it more powerful than the Apache RTR 160 4V on paper. The bike also gets an electric throttle body, which allows for a smoother throttle response. It also gets four riding modes: Rain, Road, Sport and Off-road. Where the power output changes according to the mode you select. 

The Pulsar also gets a strong feature list, the N160 SS gets a 5-inch TFT display with traction control and Google Maps mirroring. Whereas the N160 S gets an LCD console with turn-by-turn navigation. 

TVS Apache RTR 160 4V 

The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V overall gets a sharper styling than the N160 4V. The bike gets an LED projector headlamp and DRLs, which goes well with the overall design. 

The RTR 160 4V is powered by a 159.7 cc air/oil-cooled engine, it produces 17.55 PS and 14.73 Nm. which is 0.95 PS lower and 0.33 Nm more than the Pulsar N160 4V. The Apache 160 also gets 3 riding modes: Sport, Urban, Rain. where the power output changes based on the selected mode. 

The RTR 160 4V comes with more variants to choose from and has a much more accessible price range than the Bajaj Pulsar N160 S. The top-spec Apache RTR 160 4V comes with an inverted fork and a 5-inch TFT display, and it is priced at Rs 1,38,690 (ex-showroom) – that’s Rs 3,890 cheaper than the N160’s top variant.

If you want a feature-rich package and a more powerful engine, the Bajaj Pulsar N160 is the way to go. 

However, if you want sporty performance without spending as much. The Apache RTR 160 4V gets a punchy engine, with a good set of features on the top variant. The Apache also has more variants, which can suit varied budgets appropriately.

This bike is good in performance and safety and i have like to white colour with newly graphics in bike and I also like there features in bike but I don't not like to digital console as comparing of previous n160. and all these of bajaj pulsar bike are also excellent in power, safety, performance and mileage according to weight, there bike and its also buy a affordable price on market.Read More
