Kawasaki Z500 Design
The Kawasaki Z500 gets similar design language as the bigger Z-series motorcycles from Kawasaki. It gets the aggressive looks which suits this streetfighter quite well. Along with this, the neatly designed headlight and tail light makes the motorcycle look quite appealing.

Kawasaki Z500 Engine
The Kawasaki Z500 uses a 451cc parallel-twin motor which makes 51PS at 10,000rpm and 42.6Nm at 7,500rpm. It also gets a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch.

Kawasaki Z500 Frame, Suspension And Brakes
The Kawasaki Z500 uses a steel trellis frame along with conventional telescopic fork and a rear monoshock with preload adjustability. It gets a 310mm front and a 220mm rear disc brake setup with dual channel ABS. The bike weighs 167kg (kerb), and gets a 14-litre fuel tank. At 785mm, the saddle height of the Z500 is quite accessible, while the ground clearance is 145mm.

Kawasaki Z500 Features
The Kawasaki Z500 gets all LED lights with an LCD instrument console which supports smartphone connectivity with the Rideology app from Kawasaki. Other than this, the Z500 also gets a dual channel ABS and a slipper clutch.

Kawasaki Z500 Rivals
Once launched, Kawasaki Z500 will compete with the Aprilia Tuono 457 and the KTM 390 Duke. Amongst the competition, the Z500 will be the most expensive, while the Duke will be the most affordable. The Tuono will sit between them.
