It's easy being a Suzuki critique in India. They are more often than not are late to the party. Their smaller bikes do not enjoy the similar stardom as their famed (rightfully) "big bikes". Of course, them not competing in the Indian Market for a decade due to a deal with TVS affected their finances and they couldn't take the same risk as the other imports when they came back. The introduction of Gixxer SF was a step in the right direction. Suzuki India is often criticized for being too cautious (GS150R), or a bit too gimmicky (Intruder). But all that is looking to change for good. The new Gixxer SF 250 is a bold move. Still late, yet fresh. The motor isn't held back in terms of performance. With a lot of clever design touches. The ergonomics compliments this with a lot of comfort for the rider. Combined, it delivers a very balanced feel. Barring a few niggles, which are too small to be mentioned, the bike is a complete package and guys at Suzuki India should carry forward this trend to their upcoming products as well.
