The Yamaha YZF-R15S goes stealth mode with an all new Matte Black colour scheme. The entry-level supersport is now available in two colour schemes, including the already on-sale Racing Blue colour variant. The new all-black variant retails at Rs 1,60,900 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is the same price as the Racing Blue colour variant after witnessing a Rs 1,000 hike as compared to June 2022.
The all-black colour accentuates the R15S’s aggressive body design with sharp styling elements. Unlike its sibling, the R15 V4, the R15S gets a unibody seat for a more comfortable everyday riding experience.

Apart from the new shade, the supersport remains mechanically unchanged and continues to be powered by the 155cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. It produces 18.6PS and 14.1Nm and is mated to a six-speed transmission with an assist and slipper clutch.
Being an entry-level supersport, the Yamaha R15S rivals the likes of the KTM RC 125 and the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200.

- Pocket rocketThe only bike in the segment which provides you punchy power and aggressive position it may have some cons still who are above 5.5 height can ride this rocket comfortable. Personally I love riding sports bike and this is seriously a legendary one in the segment also from 200cc segment. I reached upto 153 of speed on a highway which is so much within a 155cc segment. End of the day its very sexy for enthusiasts who prioritise power over features. So good i mean its powerful but not that torquey its so light weight and too much powerful no braking issues for me personally and mileage i got is around 42 to 45 in city and around 50 on highways too good for college students but you get back pains and spine problems not suitable for long rides good for flicking in traffic.
