New Details Of The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Emerge

This Royal Enfield adventure bike is all set to debut in the coming months

Over the last few months Royal Enfield has been aggressively testing the upcoming Himalayan 450, the next-generation model of the popular adventure tourer. Recently, on one of its routine test runs, the Himalayan 450 test mule was spotted, and since we don't have rights to the images, we have refrained from sharing those here. But here's what we observed from the images:

It appears as if Royal Enfield is trying on a pair of new Ceat dual purpose tyres for the Himalayan 450, straying away from the old and not so grippy Ceat Gripp XLs. A closer look at the spoke rims confirms the bike’s tyres are tubed.

The tank braces are seen featuring loops suggesting it too could get a comprehensive list of mountable luggage and accessories. These loops should help riders mount their own preferred aftermarket luggage systems with ease. Another observation is with regard to the levers. Firstly, they don't appear to be adjustable.

Secondly, one's black and the other one's chrome. Royal Enfield could be testing for feel and feedback to pick the better one of the two. Lastly, the new instrument console looks big for a regular LCD and could possibly be a new TFT unit, most likely with smartphone connectivity.

Since Royal Enfield intends on releasing a new model every three months, we anticipate the Himalayan 450 to arrive on our shores in the middle of 2023. It may be priced at roughly Rs 2.8 lakh (ex-showroom), it will rival bikes like the KTM 390 Adventure and the upcoming Hero XPulse 400.

adventure ka junoon King of mountain

Himalayan 450 is made for those who believe the journey matters as much as the destination. Powerful engine, comfortable ride and rugged looks make it a true adventure partner. Road khatam ho sakti hai, lekin adventure ka junoon kabhi khatam nahi hona hahiye, overall bike is really strong and comfrotable.Read More

This is better option for BIG GUYS.

I chose this because i love going to mountains and travelling through dirt trails and since i wanted to travel across Himalayas the first option that came my mind was Himalayan 450 because my cousin had Himalayan 411 back then and he loved the experience so i thought same beast with extra power would be a great choice. Honestly everything is good and perfect as i had imagined, The comfort is good the abs is great suspension, perfect and the 17L fuel tank is absolutely perfect, I never feel the necessity to carry extra fuel with me. Yes, i would really recommend this bike to someone who is interested in travelling or doing long rides like ladakh, Warwan you can go to any offroad batch or destination in this bike and also this bike performs well on highway too. Himalayan 450cc

I'm truly into adventurous and among tourer bike. I have like very few options and this one is far better among all bikes and it is very big good power and torque, good cc and it looks good on roads. Ride has been really good smooth, engine is great, suspension and stable highways, a bit heavy in city traffic, tough but on highways its so smooth and riding been fun on ghat roads too, like the rural area type. Yes, definitely its perfect for touring and weekend rides, if you mostly in the city it might feel too heavy, if you are tall there would be no problem for you but if you are short and basic, its not build for you.Read More

Royal Enfield as bought a amezing bike

Am 6.1 height so i need comfort, maintenance cost, features and style is so good, performance wise amazing and torque in 6th gear is next level. I bought this bike for a long drive and as well as city riding. Stress less ride, the variation in weight is due to the additional touring and safety features equipped on the top-end model. Here is a quick breakdown. Totally the bike is crazy i ride this bike continuously for 500km. For ADV lover one of the best bike. I would like to recommend this bike who has a passion in off-road they can buy with any second thoughts and style is so good performance wise amazing. But service is disappointed in some service station. Read More
