Here are all the important details about TVS’ sporty 110cc commuter

The TVS Victor when launched ushered in the idea of a sporty and premium 110cc commuter. It came with a lot of segment-first features and even today is a fantastic option if you are looking for a premium commuter. Here’s what you need to know about the Victor.

It has large body panels:

The Victor looks more like a 125cc motorcycle thanks to its large bodywork. It also gets sharp design elements in the form of a one-piece grab rail and headlamp visor and mirrors.

It gets six colours:

The Victor is available in Blissful Blue, Generous Grey, Beatific Black Silver, Serene Silver, Restful Red, and Balanced Black Red colour schemes.

It gets a tachometer:

This feature is mostly used on sporty motorcycles. The analogue tachometer is coupled with a digital readout which includes the speedometer and odometer. 

It gets hazard lamps:

This unique feature is mostly reserved for larger motorcycles. It activates all four turn indicators and is to be used when the motorcycle is stationary to make you visible to other road users.

Gets a large seat:

TVS claims the Victor has the most spacious seat in the segment and we tend to agree. It is long enough to seat two people in comfort and wide enough to seat even larger riders. 

It gets a 3 valve motor:

Unlike other 2-valve 110cc motors, the Victor breathes better due to its 3-valve cylinder head layout. The Victor offers good bottom-end grunt in the city and impresses in terms of refinement as well. It delivers 9.6PS and 9.4Nm and gets a 4-speed gearbox. 

It gets tubeless tyres:

The Victor is one of the few bikes in its segments to get tubeless tyres. These tyres are safer as in the event of a puncture, they deflate slowly, allowing you ample time to come to a stop without losing control of the motorcycle. 

It gets a petal disc brake:

TVS offers the Victor with an optional front disc brake. The large 240mm petal disc offers a strong bite and good feedback and helps the Victor slow down quicker than the 130mm drum brake equipped variant. 

It gets series spring rear suspension:

The Victor gets a unique variable rate spring shock absorbers at the back. The dual shocks soak up larger bumps without making the ride overtly soft and offer a good balance between ride and handling.
