Ola Electric has announced the ‘BOSS - Biggest Ola Season Sale’, a bunch of attractive offers on its electric scooter lineup for this festive season. The offers announced are quite interesting. Let’s see what the EV maker is offering:
The Ola S1 X (2kWh) electric scooter is now available at Rs 49,999 (ex-showroom including Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme 2024). This offer is available until stocks last. A discount of Rs 15,000 is offered on the Ola S1 electric scooter line-up. The top 100 referral community members will get rewards of up to Rs 11,11,111, this offer is valid till October 31, 2024. The company is offering additional benefits worth Rs 40,000 including a bonus of Rs 5,000 for exchanging a petrol-powered scooter with an Ola electric scooter, Hypercharging credits up to Rs 7,000 for 8 years / 80,000km battery warranty and up to Rs 6,000 worth of MoveOS feature upgrades. Benefits of up to ?5,000 on select credit card EMIs are also offered. The offers are valid from October 3, 2024.

With the spotlight on the Ola S1 X (2kWh) electric scooter, is equipped with a 2kWh battery pack, offering a claimed range of 84km in Eco mode and 71km in Normal mode. It is powered by a 2.7kW motor with a peak power output of 6kW or 8PS, with a top speed of 85kmph.
In terms of underpinnings, it is equipped with a telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties are handled by drum brakes at the front and rear. It rolls on 12-inch wheels at both ends. Feature-wise, it sports a 4.3-inch LCD instrument console, all-LED lighting, and three ride modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport. It misses out on phone connectivity via Bluetooth. It also gets 34 litres of underseat storage. The S1 X competes with electric scooters in the market like the Hero Electric Optima, Okinawa PraisePro, and Ampere Magnus EX.
