With its latest update, the Dominar 400 becomes more accessible with a new 350cc engine, while retaining its touring-focused DNA. Along with its muscular design and strong road presence, the bike also packs in modern electronics and practical features that enhance both safety and long-distance usability. Here’s what it offers:
Convenience Features
The 350cc Dominar 400 gets a fully digital instrument console borrowed from the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z. It has a split layout with a dot-matrix inset and displays the speed, gear position, tachometer, odometer, trip meters, fuel level, mileage, phone battery, signal strength, and clock. It also supports Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation and phone alerts.
A USB type-C charging port is positioned on top of the fuel tank – ideal for charging devices on the go. A ride-by-wire throttle enables four riding modes: Rain, Road, Sport, and Off-Road – which alter throttle response and ABS intervention. This Bajaj bike also comes with a tall windscreen, handguards, adjustable levers, metal bash plate, pillion backrest and top rack mount as standard.
Safety Features
The 350cc Bajaj Dominar 400 comes equipped with dual-channel ABS as standard, paired to a 320mm front and 230mm rear disc. It has traction control, which helps prevent wheel slip under acceleration, especially on wet or loose surfaces. It can be switched off in Sport and Off-Road modes. Lastly, the bike has a powerful LED headlight with excellent throw and visibility, making low light rides much safer – a big plus for touring.

Value for money bike as it have around 40bhp power and look amazing when riding on highways. I bought it in 2018 and have done 80k. Bike have good road presence and led headlight give it a beast look. Bike is amazing when ride on highways. Maintenance cost is little higher as of poor service centre as they randomly guess about the fault. I went to them 7-8 time for coolant leak issue but they failed to repair it but every time they deliver me the bike confidently saying they have repaired it, enjoy the ride. If you looking for highway, daily commuting or for long ride of upto 300-500 km in a day, you can buy this bike at this price range under 2.5 lakh but only if u have any local mechanic who can service this bike and parts available.
