Pulsar N160 S

The Pulsar N160 S gets a sporty design with a muscular fuel tank and sporty graphics that give it an aggressive look. It also gets a golden-coloured inverted fork and an LED projector headlight with LED DRLs.
The N160 4V is available in three colour options: Brooklyn Black, Pearl Metallic White, and Atlantic Blue. The only difference between the S and the SS variants is the graphics.

The bike is powered by a brand-new 164.5cc, 4-valve, air-and-oil-cooled engine that makes 18.5 PS and 14.4 Nm (0.1 PS and 0.4 Nm more than the MT-15). The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. It gets four ride modes: Rain, Road, Sport, and Off-road, with each mode having a different throttle response and power delivery.

In terms of features, the Pulsar N160 gets a 5-inch TFT console on the SS variant and a 5-inch coloured LCD screen on the S variant. It gets Bluetooth connectivity, ride-by-wire throttle, turn-by-turn navigation, and call/SMS alerts. The N160 SS also gets full Google Maps integration and Wi-Fi connectivity. The bike comes with dual-channel ABS and a hazard light switch as standard, while the top-spec SS variant gets traction control.
Yamaha MT-15

The Yamaha MT-15 gets a sporty streetfighter design which, compared to the N160 SS, looks much sharper. It gets a sculpted tank with sporty tank shrouds, a golden-coloured inverted fork, a sleek tail section and chunky tyres. It also gets an LED projector headlight and sporty-looking LED DRLs.
The bike is available in seven colour options: Metallic Black, Metallic Black DLX, Metallic Silver Cyan, Ice Storm, Vivid Violet Metallic, Ice Fluo Vermillion, and MotoGP Edition.

The MT-15 is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with variable valve actuation (VVA). The engine makes 18.4 PS and 14.1 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The engine is free-revving, while the VVA technology gives it strong top-end performance.

The MT-15 gets a negative LCD console, with the DLX and MotoGP Edition variants getting a 3.5-inch TFT screen. The bike gets Bluetooth connectivity as standard, along with call & SMS alerts. The TFT-equipped variants also get Yamaha’s Y-Connect app with maintenance reminders, ride statistics and malfunction warnings. In terms of safety features, the bike gets dual-channel ABS and traction control as standard.
BikeDekho Says
On paper, the new Pulsar N160 S is slightly more powerful than the MT-15, and also has a long list of features. It also gets ride modes and a ride-by-wire throttle, which should make it more versatile for everyday riding. The Pulsar N160 has a better value-for-money proposition because of everything it gets and its price.
The MT-15, on the other hand, gets a Deltabox frame, aluminium swingarm, a liquid-cooled engine, VVA technology, and a 6-speed gearbox. It’s also about 9kg lighter than the N160. All of this makes the MT-15 feel slightly sportier.

Best bike in this segmentMaine N160 SS isliye chuni kyunki power aur mileage ka balance mast hai. 160cc engine city me smooth aur long ride me bhi bore nahi karti. ABS, digital meter aur wo aggressive styling, paise wasool lagti hai. Mere hisaab se N160 SS ab tak ekdum jhakaas hai. City me halki, traffic me easy. Highway pe 90-100 pe bhi stability solid hai. Seat comfortable, mileage 44 mil rahi. Bas initial gear thoda tight hai, baaki sab mast. Ye bike to mai jarur recommend karunga. Roz ke kaam or kabhi long ride dono ke liye N160 SS best hai. Look premium, mileage 45, aur maintenance bhi kam hai. Agar 1.6 lac me sporty practical bike chahiye to aankh band karke le lo.Read More
