What's New

The Vespa Vibe models are available in 2 sub-variants – Vespa Vibe and Vespa Vibe S. To begin with, these get new colour options. The Vibe S gets a sporty Rosso Red/Matte Black paint scheme, while the standard Vibe gets an elegant Azzurro Provenza/Pearl White shade.
The Vibe variants also get sportier alloy wheel designs, a redesigned central trim on the apron, 3D Vespa logos, and colour-matched stitching on the seat.

In terms of hardware, Vespa has updated the scooters with 12-inch wheels at both ends, compared to the earlier 11-inch front and 10-inch rear wheel setup. This could improve stability over bad roads and make the Vespa scooters more comfortable overall.
The scooters also get a new 5-inch TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, music controls, and call/SMS alerts. Keyless ignition is also available for added convenience. In terms of safety features, the Vibe 150 and Vibe S 150 also get single-channel ABS as standard.
What's Unchanged

The Vespa Vibe scooters are based on the standard Vespa 125 and Vespa 150 models in the Vespa range. The Vibe 125 and Vibe S 125 are powered by a 124cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 9.5 PS and 10.1 Nm, paired with a CVT (continuously variable transmission).
The Vibe 150 and Vibe S 150, on the other hand, get a 149.5cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 11.42 PS and 11.66 Nm, also paired with a CVT gearbox.
The scooters get a steel monocoque chassis, a leading-link front suspension and a monoshock. Braking duties are handled by a 200 mm front disc and a 140 mm rear drum brake.
BikeDekho Says

The Vespa Vibe scooters give the range a much-needed update with fresher styling, larger wheels and a new TFT console. However, with prices starting at Rs 1.65 lakh for the 125 and going up to Rs 1.78 lakh for the 150 (both ex-showroom), these are among the most expensive scooters in their respective segments. While they are priced at a premium, they are definitely some of the really good-looking scooters in India. That said, we await an official price announcement from the brand. However, if you are interested in getting one this Diwali, we recommend checking with your nearest dealer for more details.
