The Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid is powered by a 125cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine with mild-hybrid technology and outputs 8.2PS and 10.3Nm.
Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid Features
The Yamaha Fascino 125 FI Hybrid gets a mild-hybrid system which claims to increase mileage. As part of this, the scooter comes with a silent starter, and an idling stop system which turns off the engine when idling in traffic. The engine can be restarted by slightly twisting the throttle. As part of the 2025 update, the scooter now gets a Enhanced Power Assist which should give a boost of power using the engine’s starter motor. The top-of-the-line S variant also gets a TFT console with smartphone connectivity for features like call/SMS alerts and turn-by-turn navigation.
Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid Chassis, Brakes, Wheels, Suspension
The Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid gets a telescopic front fork and a single shock absorber at the rear. The scooter rolls on 12-inch front and a 10-inch rear alloy wheel setup. Braking setup consists of a 190mm front disc in the disc variants and a 130mm drum brake in the drum variants. The scooter gets a drum brake at the rear. The Fascino has a kerb weight of 99kg making it one of the lightest scooters in this segment. It has a fuel tank capacity of 5.2 litres. The scooter has a seat height of 780mm.

It would better if it can affordable at low budget. This is eco friendly vehicle. I have ride this vehicle almost 5,000 km very nice experience. I felt very easy to control, less weight easy to turn suddenly, good budget friendly vehicle, very smooth while riding no shaking or vibration. Yes, I will definitely recommend to my family, Relatives and friends. - Review after 4 years of ridingFor Looks and spacious, because of the hybrid system , bluetooth connectivity, other scooter have classy but i selected for over all features, other scooters does not offers many features at that time. Engine get noisy within 300 km if we have habbit of sudden throttling and habit of rash driving so bike must be handled slow and gradual increase in throttle then we wont get any noise,it will settle after several km of slow and steady throttling, speedometer wire get become faulty 6 months once , scooter will accelerate itself after 6 month because of some fault in accelerator wire at fist it will 10 km/h then if we did not fix it with mechanic it will gradually increase and go upto 40 km/h when we start the bike its act a cruise control but we need do unwanted breaking and loss in mileage, breaks must be periodically tightened other it will become loose, I do not have experience with other bike hence this is my first bike I do not have any experience with other scooters so I do not have knowledge and experience to comment about this , bike have good pickup once we reached a speed of 40 to 60 km per hour then we can over take anything without any lag , but at first 40 km we will feel rubber band effect .Read More1 3

- Great Mileage, Great Looks - Some Good FeaturesIt's been one year since I've bought the yamaha fascino 125 fi hybrid disc variant. I am satisfied with the looks, performance and fuel efficiency ( getting around 60 kmpl ) the service experience has been nice. The only problem I've had with it is the bluetooth connectivity features (not worth it). The battery drained twice because of the bluetooth component in the vehicle and I was advised by the service centre to keep it unplugged. January 27, 2026: The Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid has received a voluntary recall due to a potential front brake calliper issue on all scooters manufactured between May 2, 2024, and September 3, 2025. Owners who have been affected can check their eligibility online and get a free replacement of the faulty part at authorised dealerships.
January 24, 2025: In December 2025, Yamaha sold 4,630 units of the Fascino scooter as compared to the 5,306 sold in November 2025.
