TVS Motor Company has registered a sales growth of 0.7 percent in the two-wheeler segment in August 2015. Total two-wheeler sales of the company increased from 215,244 units in the month of August 2014 to 216,781 units in the month of August 2015. Domestic two-wheeler sales for the month of August 2015 stood at 183,653 units against 188,129 units in the month of August 2014.
Scooters sales grew by 11 percent increasing from 65,544 units in the month August 2014 to 72,865 units in the month of August 2015. Motorcycles sales grew by 6 percent increasing from 82,320 units in the month of August 2014 to 87,044 units in the month of August 2015.
The company's total exports grew by 21 percent with sales increasing from 35,074 units in the month of August 2014 to 42,570 units in the month of August 2015. Two wheeler exports grew by 22 percent with sales increasing from 27,115 units in the month of August 2014 to 33,128 units in the month of August 2015.
Three-wheeler sales of the company grew by 11 percent, increasing from 9,820 units in the month of August 2014 to 10,872 units in the month of August 2015. It makes the overall sales of 227,653 units in the month of August 2015 against 225,064 units in the month of August 2014; posting an overall growth of 1 percent over the same month of the previous year.

I have been to a long ride around 200 kilometres away from my home to Sonmarg where for a long time the road was smooth but after I crossed Srinagar the road became bumpy but thanks to my bike the back pain came no where near which I had earlier experienced on my hero honda cbz.
