TVS iQube vs Vida V2 Image Gallery: What Suits You Better?
While the Vida looks a lot sleeker, the TVS makes up for the looks with its curvy bodylines

The TVS iQube 2.2kWh and the Vida V2 Plus are among the most affordable e-scooters from the legacy manufacturers. The TVS iQube 2.2kWh is priced at Rs 1,11,422, while the Vida V2 Plus is priced at Rs 92,800 (all prices effective ex-showroom, Delhi). We compared these scooters to find out which one will suit you better. Here’s a detailed image comparison:
Design
The TVS iQube has a family-friendly design, meaning it’s easy to like for all members of the family, and can be easily ridden by most family members. It has a black visor and an apron insert, which looks quite nice and is a good addition to its overall design. On the front apron sits the headlight, which has remained the same since its launch about 5 years ago.

One interesting thing about the iQube is that the front headlight cowl houses a clean, U-shaped DRL that is a nice touch to its overall fascia. The e-scooter’s bodylines are smooth and flow cleanly along the floorboard and the apron. On the side panels, the scooter gets unique vents and also ‘iQube’ badging, which looks premium. The TVS iQube comes in 3 colour schemes called the Walnut Brown, Pearl White and Titanium Grey, all of which have a nice finish and are subtle enough.
The Vida V2 Plus, on the other hand, has creases in its bodywork. The body panels are quite sharp-looking and give the scooter a youthful look. It has a black and silver-coloured front and side apron along with body-coloured panels, complementing its design. It looks sporty and eye-catching. The Vida V2 comes in 5 colours to choose from: Glossy Sports Red, Matte Cyan, Matte Abrax Orange, Glossy Black, and Matte White.
Motor
The iQube is driven by a hub-mounted BLDC (Brush Less Direct Current) electric motor, while the Vida V2 comes with a PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor). We think that the iQube’s motor looks quite premium, among the two. Do note that the Vida V2’s motor is more powerful, with a peak power output of 6kW, when compared to the iQube’s 4.4kW one.

Also, the ‘TVS Electric’ badge on the iQube that glows is a nice addition to the overall design of the scooter. Despite being powerful, the Vida V2’s motor looks a bit dull in comparison to the iQube.
Underpinnings
Both the scooters get 5-spoke alloy wheels, but we think the Vida’s wheels look more premium. Both the scooters have conventional forks, but the TVS iQube gets twin rear shock absorbers, while the Vida has a single-sided unit. The Vida’s suspension highlights the alloy wheel design.

Both the scooters have disc brakes at the front, and they look quite modern, in line with the scooters’ designs. One interesting thing to note is that the iQube, being a bulky scooter, gets a boot space of 30 litres, which is more than Vida’s 26-litre boot.
Features
While the Vida V2 gets a bigger 7-inch TFT display, the TVS iQube’s 5-inch unit looks more well-laid out. Both the scooters come with a lot of features, like turn-by-turn navigation and call and SMS alerts, among many others. The lighting setups on both the iQube and the Vida are LEDs, but the iQube’s lights look better as well as more modern than the Vida’s. One interesting thing about the Vida V2 is that it has indicators mounted in the handlebar cowl, as opposed to the iQube’s apron-mounted ones.

Deal with the devilI bought this due to hero brand associated i have visited service center multiple time experience was not good but if you compare to ola or any other brand it was decent the company send their vehicle to lift it and replace parts freely if you have 5 year extended warranty Ride so far is good I enjoyed driving it sometimes i face problems like secondary battery issue display issues rear rim damage rear brake drum change 3 times but all this happened bcz we drive it a lot i have driven 14000 km in 1 year I would say definitely go for it ev is in evolving phase yet they are much cheaper than petrol and as there are uncertainty associated with petrol prices this is best option no service required only basic maintainance.Read More
