The TVS Raider is easily one of the most exciting 125cc motorcycles on sale in India today. It’s sufficiently sporty in a segment which has a predominantly commuter-esq in mindset, and TVS is gearing up to take the Raider’s youthful appeal to the next level by giving it connected features in this next update which is launching tomorrow, that too in the Metaverse, a first of its kind initiative for two-wheelers in India.

The new Raider will feature a new 5-inch TFT display- a first in segment with Bluetooth connectivity. This should allow for functions like turn-by-turn navigation, music control, and call/message notification alerts.

Barring the updated features, the powertrain and underpinnings on the new Raider 125 will likely remain unchanged.

Currently the disc variant of the Raider is priced at Rs 93,489 (ex-showroom Delhi) and the upcoming variant could command a premium of Rs 4,000 over this existing one. The Raider rivals the likes of the Hero Glamour Xtec, Honda SP125 and Bajaj Pulsar NS125.
