The Honda H’Ness CB350 is offered in two variants: DLX and DLX Pro. The Japanese brand has already mentioned that it will be priced from around Rs 1.90 lakh (ex-showroom), so expect the DLX Pro variant to cost around Rs 5,000 more than the standard variant. Wondering what are the differences between the two versions? Well, here’s a detailed explanation in images:
The differences in the colour options are instantly recognisable. The DLX Pro variant comes in more premium-looking dual-tone colours on the fuel tank. Honda offers this variant in Pearl Nightstar Black with Spear Silver Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic with Virtuous White and Matte Steel Black Metallic with Matte Massive Grey Metallic. On the other hand, the DLX model is available in single-tone Precious Red Metallic, Pearl Night Star Black or Matte Marshal Green Metallic colour schemes.
Another major difference lies in the instrument cluster. The DLX Pro variant gets smartphone compatibility with Honda Smartphone Voice Control system. This feature works in conjunction with a smartphone and a headset (sold separately). Riders can give voice commands to use features like turn-by-turn navigation, calls/ messages, music and even weather information. All the details are visible in the small digital inset, which honestly is too small to be conveniently usable. Thankfully, Honda offers other crucial features like gear position indicator, battery voltage indicator, real-time/ average mileage, distance-to-empty readouts as standard across both the variants.
To go with the smarter instrument cluster in the DLX Pro variant, Honda has also equipped it with navigational buttons on the left switchgear for better convenience. The DLX variant gets conventional but premium-looking switchgear. We’re not fans of the odd horn button position, though.
The DLX Pro variant also gets a dual-horn setup with chrome covers whereas the DLX version manages with a single horn.
